Our first Seattle ArtCar event this year was the caravan around town during rush hour. Yes, it was a bit frustrating but we sure did entertain the local commuters. Isn't that what we're all about, anyway? We were able to hang out at Pike Place Market, where 30 of us parked illegally for almost 1/2 an hour before the cops realized we weren't supposed to be there. Josh was our fearless caravan leader, alog with his co-pilot Willow.
